    I have made the commitment to eat an apple a day. I am feeling better and am dropping a bit of weight. For most of my 58 years I have tried to keep this commitment and somehow forgot how good it is to take care of one small thing that can change how I feel. I will have to try it with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Thank you for the suggestion.
