Let the back to school madness begin!
While I am glad to be back to a routine night time is always crazy when I get home from work. Hungry humans and pets, dance classes, the gym, and then getting ready at night to do it all over again the next day. Â Ugh! I am tired just from typing that!
Right now produce stands are exploding with fresh peaches! I couldn’t resist so I bought a big basket of those beauties. So some recipe creativity was in order to make use of all of these peaches.

I finally made my first batch of homemade spaghetti sauce!
Football season is right around the corner. My husband is in not one, but two Fantasy Football Leagues this year. Lucky me! Unless he wins of course 🙂
I still have soooo many tomatoes growing in my garden. Not that I am complaining… I  am going to miss them so much in the winter. Ugh! Did I just say winter? Sorry, I will not say that word again.
I love caprese anything! Especially this time of year when tomatoes and fresh basil are at their peak.
I love avocados and I love cookies! So when I saw this recipe I knew I had to try it. Wow! It is a match made in heaven! I can’t stop eating them.
Tomatoes, tomatoes, and more tomatoes… What in the world am I going to do with all of these tomatoes? We do this every spring, we plants so many tomato plants and then they all come in at once.
I hate to waste anything so I am finally taking the time this summer to make my own salsa and sauce.
Pets need delicious healthy food too! My Cooper, AKA Coop dog, loves to help out in the kitchen. And by help I mean wait for something to drop on the floor and he’ll gladly clean it up 🙂
